This article seems to postulate China’s strategic thinking in regard to the United States’ “Pivot to Asia” initiative. Global Balita does not endorse this article in full or in part. However, it is posted on Global Balita for the benefit of its readers who may have an interest in recent events that occurred in the South China Sea in regard to China’s territorial disputes with her neighbors.
It is interesting to note the article’s conclusion, which says: “In conclusion, all Chinese should welcome the U.S. pivot to Asia. The American plan is to challenge, weaken, and humiliate China on the high seas. China has its own plan. We should use the American pivot to justify our annexation of Mongolia, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines.” This brings to mind Mao Zedong’s ultimate goal, to wit: “We must conquer the globe where we will create a powerful state,” which is still true today. U.S. pivot to Asia: How China Can Turn The Table

The confrontational U.S. pivot to Asia is an opportunity for China’s own pivot to Asia.
The U.S. pivot to Asia is based on a simple premise. Currently, the U.S. possesses an advantage in naval strength and it wants to leverage it to slow or stop China’s development. All of the confrontations by India, Vietnam, and the Philippines have been at sea.
Recently, the Indian Navy Chief said India would dispatch Indian warships to challenge China’s two-thousand-year-old territorial claims from the Han Dynasty in the South China Sea. We have seen Vietnamese naval boats on incursions into Chinese territorial waters in the South China Sea. Also, we have seen Filipino naval troops stop and inspect Chinese fishing boats in our timeless fishing grounds in the South China Sea at Scarborough Shoal.
All of these Indian, Vietnamese, and Filipino provocations are emboldened by an assumed support from the U.S. Navy. The logic is straightforward. The U.S. Navy is currently more powerful than the PLA Navy. The Indian, Vietnamese, and Filipino navies intend to call on the U.S. Navy to back up their provocations.
China can turn the table on the anti-China coalition by ignoring the incidents at sea and emphasizing its strength as an Asian continental power. Here is my four-point plan.
1. Upon the first confrontation between the PLA Navy and the U.S. Navy, the PLA Navy should withdraw. The PLA Navy is outgunned and withdrawal is the only option. However, the U.S. will pay a price for this confrontation.
China should announce that its sea routes for energy and commerce are no longer secure due to American provocation. Hence, with regret, China will annex its former territory in Mongolia this afternoon. Fait accompli. China has grown stronger with the addition of 1,564,115 km2 of Mongolian land.
Furthermore, Second Artillery can base new DF-41 10-MIRVed ICBMs hundreds of miles closer to the United States. This means less fuel is required and China can install larger megaton warheads.
2. After the Indian Navy has invaded Chinese territorial waters, which is a repeat at sea of the 1962 Nehru Forward Policy, Chinese patience has finally run out. This will not be a generous 1962 border war. This time, we’re going to take care of the Indians once and for all.
Since India is a nuclear power, China is well within its rights to use its megaton DF-3A IRBMs to level the country. All major Indian military installations should be eliminated with 3.3 megaton thermonuclear warheads. Also, it is probably necessary to nuke New Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai to destroy Indian command and control centers. Without a functioning military and government, India will collapse in 24 hours.
The PLA will move in for mop up operations. All Indians will be moved into Asian Gaza strips to prevent an endless guerilla war.
3. Vietnam does not have nuclear weapons. Hence, China will have to bombard Vietnam with conventional weapons. This will probably take about two to four weeks. After the major Vietnamese military installations and a few key cities have been destroyed, the Vietnamese population will also be moved into Asian Gaza strips to prevent an endless guerilla war.
4. The PLA Navy should be strong enough after twenty more years of build-up to challenge the American Navy. The PLA Navy will be backed by a flawless ASBM (which we expect after 20 years of additional refinement) and a powerful all-stealth PLA Air Force. We will take the Philippines and put them into Asian Gaza strips to prevent an endless guerilla war.
After implementing my four-point plan, China will have become immensely more powerful. Firstly, the U.S. pivot to Asia would be dead. There are no longer populous countries that are available to support the U.S. pivot. Secondly, China’s territorial and hence resource expansion would be tremendous.
Territorially, China would have grown by 50%.

Another benefit is that China no longer has to worry about arable land. There is plenty of arable land in former India, Vietnam, and Philippines. The Israelis sleep well at night with the Palestinians in the Gaza strip. I see no reason why Chinese cannot sleep well at night with Indians, Vietnamese, and Filipinos in Asian Gaza strips.
Greater China would be energy independent, because Mongolia is full of coal and minerals. We have acquired new buffer zones in the Philippines and Vietnam to keep the US Navy even further away. Also, we have a brand new coast along the Indian Ocean. It is a very short shipping route to offload MidEastern oil at formerly Mumbai. We can then ship the oil via pipeline to China’s east coast.
In conclusion, all Chinese should welcome the U.S. pivot to Asia. The American plan is to challenge, weaken, and humiliate China on the high seas. China has its own plan. We should use the American pivot to justify our annexation of Mongolia, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines. (Italics mine)
When foreigners exert pressure on our civilization, we have no choice and must fight back. Annexing our way to Greater China will make us more resistant to foreign pressure in the future and guarantee our safety. Let’s surprise the Americans with China’s pivot to Asia. Two can play this game.
