THE MOST TAUNTED AND MALIGNED CANDIDATE IN THIS ELECTIONS PROVED TO BE THE MOST SENSIBLE AND BEST ADVISED. Nancy did not appear because her own coalition had questioned the integrity of the Comelec count. If she did, she would have been estopped from questioning the process.

Indeed with the Comelec basing some of its decisions on FAXED election returns and just some on actual PCOS transmission, there is definitely a big prospect of an election failure. It is very clear in the law that proclamations are to be based on electronically-transmitted election returns by the PCOS machines. That was precisely to avert human hands soiling the electoral process.

Not only were there manual voting but manual counting. PCOS machines failing beyond the 2010 statistics that necessitated returns being sent by fax machines or by any manual means. And of course the most classic – THE COMELEC AGAIN ISSUED A RESOLUTION COLLAPSING DIGITAL SIGNATURES OF THE BOARD OF ELECTION INSPECTORS AS A MINIMUM REQUIRED SAFEGUARD.

Of course the beneficiaries of the electronic dagdag-bawas prominently Angara and Bam Aquino would rush to have their hands raised. And so Chiz, Loren and Grace Poe.

It seems despite being part of the cheating coalition of the Liberal Party, Koko Pimentel and Trillanes have a better sense. They also did not appear at their own proclamation.

Sixto Brilliantes thought he can get away with this one but with now more joining the protestations of civil society, it appears most likely the only thing he will win if the “puwet ng baso” award and recognition. This clown had dislodged the infamy of Marcos’ Leonardo Perez when it comes to election cheating and manipulation of the public.

So far winning candidate Gringo Honasan is not just about to accept proclamation, if ever any final count one way or another is reached. His counsel Romy Makalintal, the nemesis of Mang Boy Brilliantes, has also joined the bandwagon to declare the 2013 midterm election a failure.

It was a blessing Dick Gordon followed my advise to question the electoral process before the actual elections. Now he cannot be tagged a sour grape or a sore loser. It is not easy for Dick to let this pass. Pinagbigyan na sila ni Dick by conceding the 2013 elections. But Brilliantes did not just repeat the 2010 Hocus Pcos legal and technical flaws, his Comelec re-issued resolutions to repeat the faux pas, making him patently indictable for election sabotage, not after the fact but as mastermind.

Now he is threatening again to resign. Too late, sir, the elections are over and your bloody hands are all over the place. This time late in your whatever career, you fucked yourself up, and you and your canine devotion to your boss, and your boss too (who will think 20 times before appointing you ambassador to Timbuktu), will go down with you.

The plan for a yellow senate towards a yellow constituent assembly (CHACHA) towards an orange (yellow-red) Constitution, planned by BS Aquino and the Communist-revisionist Akbayan advisers of his, that will give him four more years until 2020, seemed to have fallen flat on its belly.

BS Aquino need not send his intelligence people to snoop on these activities because they will all be overt with press releases openly distributed. The protestations are spontaneous and too widespread. The people have tolerated his being a dimwit so far, but when he stole their patrimony and arrogantly at that, the rules of engagement has now changed.

Wala nang makain ang mga taumbayan, boto pa nila ninakaw ng “madilim na daan” na naghaharing uri!
