On the PDAF and DAP

Remove the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), the unprecedented, fantastic and seemingly unreachable popularity rating of this pretending to be honest government, while the rest of us are not, will melt fast like an ice placed on a frying pan. It will not even go through the process of melting to liquid, but will evaporate straight to thin air. It will happen because the so-called soaring popularity rating of this man obfuscated with hatred and vengeance is nothing more but the result of systematic and wholesale bribery to his acolytes and corrupt institutions he could rely to help him in jacking up his ampao rating.

Without the sluice money, his rating will be reduced to a heap of dung shit. It is the same canard strategy Mrs. Aquino used to boost her image with the help of course of her foreign benefactors. Mrs. Aquino capitalized on her alleged popularity borne out of her systematic slander of the man who has done much for this country, while giving us nothing in exchange, except for that mirage of democracy and freedom. She has almost succeeded in transforming the meaning of vengeance and hatred to one of virtue with her psychotic fanatics are even advocating her canonization for sainthood.

We can also credit those flies that thrive dung shits for perfecting the art of bribery to the highest level. This balderdash government could no longer be accused of suppressing the media because the greedy elite to which he belongs now owns them. If ever they will have to spend, that will not cause them much, only a little "barya" to keep those ugly ducklings "itiks" munching as they peddle their lies of hosanna to the great hypocrite. The poll surveys also joined chorus in affirming his ampao high popularity rating. Every time there is an issue adverse to his government, the two main poll surveys will come out with their insult to our intelligence, that the rating of PNoy has increased. So, what's your problem? They truly lived up to their role of sama sama tayo sa pangagago.

To temporarily relieve the anxiety of this pretending-to-be-honest government that the country is sinking deeper in debt, the international credit rating syndicates also intensified their praise that this ampao government is doing a good job to greatly improve the comatose economy. So, the increased credit rating means the country can borrow more from them, viz-a-viz increase his pork barrel to firm up his control of the government through malversation and bribery. After all, they believe bribery makes everybody happy. It is part of the tuwad na daan policy of this hypocritical government.

Because he believes he has succeeded in putting almost everybody into his pocket, he now has the gull to challenge his enemies to impeach him. No President, considering decency and delicadeza, would ever exhibit that kind of arrogance. Even the ordinary magtataho was amazed. With the revelation that he bribed the senator-judges just to impeach his hated chief justice, who is that fellow who wasn't born yesterday that would believe he has not equally put into his pocket the members of COA, the Ombudsman, and the Sandiganbayan?

In fact, many suspect the COMELEC now merely plays the role of asking the permission of Malacanang whom it wants to win, and not to count who won in the election. The whole process has been reduced to a farce with an added fart from this government. The last two preceding elections was telling that those who won were blessed by the mayor, who in turn was a lackey of the hypocrite. Who is that fool who will say they won by their own merits, and not by the persuasive magic of the pork barrel to bribe them? There is no way for one to win if he is outside the kulambo.

The hypocrisy has now reached the end of the line. It is about to unmask the truth that what we have is a cannibalistic political system operating on "pay me and I will scratch your back." That man who almost lost in his own province when he ran for Congress in Tarlac is now praised by the corrupt and greedy elite, the hypocritical Church, the selfish politicians and the criminally-minded imperialists as the most popular President this country of ingots ever had. For the fact that his popularity rating is as high as the huge amount of pork barrel (more than one trillion pesos) allocated to him, is more than enough to affirm the indivisible correlation of bribery to his bogus high popularity rating.

As Senator Joker Arroyo would put it, it is financial dictatorship carried out through systematic malversation and bribery. His assertion, he is not a thief is the same alibi one can hear from a thief caught red handed. So. what else is new?
